Combat skills is one of the types of Skills in Shadow of War. There are 23 combat skills.

| Adamant | Gain an additional Last Chance attempt. |
| Brutal Aggression | Might can be double-charged, enabling Brutal Executions which cause nearby enemies to flee in terror. |
| Burst of Might | Gain full might on a perfect Last Chance. |
| Ceaseless Might | Skills that require Might no longer fully deplete Might. |
| Critical Strike | Melee attacks have a chance of causing Critical Hits for additional damage. |
| Elven Precision | Press (Square) as your strike lands to greatly increase your chances of a Critical Strike. |
| Execution | When your Might is full, aim at an enemy and use the skill to execute them instantly |
| Fatal Counter | Well-timed Counters instantly kill enemy grunts. Ineffective against Captains and Beasts. |
| Fatal Might | Successful sword strikes gain much more Might. Might fully resets after you take damage, miss an attack, or exit combat. |
| Fury | Ground Executions (R2+ Square) enable you to unleash a flurry of blows by rapidly tapping Square before finishing an enemy, gaining Might on each it. |
| Grim Resolve | Gain Might each time you are damaged in combat. |
| Ground Drain | Press R2 + Circle to Drain enemies who have been knocked down. |
| Ground Finisher | Decrease the amount of time it takes to perform a Ground Execution on downed enemies. |
| Mighty Reversal | Gain Might from each Counter. |
| Perfect Counter | A well-timed counter can knock down enemies (press the counter button when the prompt flashes blue). |
| Rain of Arrows | Well-time Counters replenish 1 Elf-shot. |
| Reprisal | Your Critical Strike chance increases s your Health is reduced. |
| Retaliation | Time your Last Chance success perfectly to instantly kill the enemy targeting you. Does not work on Captains, Graugs, or Drakes. |
| Secret Might | Gain Might for each kill while remaining undefeated. |
| Unstoppable | Your Critical Strike chance increases significantly s long as your Hitstreak is above 20. |
| Vengeful Drain | Retaliation Drains your attacker. |
| Wraith Execution | Press (Square) to chain Executions to additional enemies. Consumes Focus for each additional target. |
| Wraith Shield | The Wraith can Counter Enemies (Triangle) while you complete a Ground Execution (R2+ Square). |
